Our style is like ourselves, unobtrusive, relaxed, and fun. We are there to document your
special day. We are not there to intrude and dictate to you. We capture beautiful moments
as they happen and do not stage them. We do however have some fun creating beautiful
portraits when we spend roughly 30 minutes with yourself and bridal party after your
ceremony. Our couples really value this time away from everyone and all the craziness of the
day. We encourage you to spend that time together, talking, laughing, sharing stories from
the morning as that helps you to feel natural and relaxed. But for the rest of the day you will
barely notice us!
When you contact us about shooting your wedding we will send you a full gallery of a real
wedding to look through. You will see that we are very thorough with our coverage,
including photos of your dress, jewellery, shoes, flowers, car, reception decor. There is no
need to give us a shot list. What we will ask for is a list of your family group shots.
A minimum of two (for larger weddings with our additional services, photo booths, slideshows, etc. we have an extra junior photographer on hand to help with any set ups, leaving Tara and Dave to continue shooting the action.)
Tara is the lead photographer who stays with the bride, while Dave is responsible for
shooting the groom getting ready as well as providing a second angle on the ceremony and
reception and assisting with off camera lighting for our creative portraits.
Tara is a perfectionist and therefore edits every photograph before sending them to clients.
Both herself and Dave often shoot an image with the finished shot in mind, so editing is done quite quickly.
Your wedding is backed up immediately and editing begins. An online gallery is created for you to share with family and friends and once all edits are complete you will be sent a USB with all your edited files ready for printing. If you are getting an album as part of your package, the design process will also be discussed at this stage. You can pick your favourite images and be involved in the design process.
In the quiet season usually between 2-3 weeks. In the busy season it can be from 4-16 weeks. Tara and Dave will keep you updated as to the progress of your wedding edits.
YES we love to travel both in Ireland and especially abroad. We are happy to grab the
passports and travel to your wedding! Contact us for more info!
A booking fee of €300 secures your wedding date. You will also receive a contract from us
confirming our agreement in writing.
Yes please! It’s a long day without any breaks, if we are asked to stay for extended coverage,a meal would be very much appreciated!
